He has an extensive background in Finance, business development and innovation. He was instrumental to the establishment of the Citibank New York’s virtu
Adewale holds an MSC degree in Finance and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki and a bachelor's degree from University of Lagos in Environmental Sciences. He has an extensive background in Finance, business development and innovation. He was instrumental to the establishment of the Citibank New York’s virtual accelerator in Nigeria and served as a coordinator for MIT REAP Lagos project as an adviser to Techpreneur Africa.
He was Managing Director (Africa) for Gaia NRG Geneva, a role that enabled him to facilitate high value investments into rural areas in Niger Delta region of Nigeria for development of agricultural residues into energy products in return creating hundreds of local jobs.
Prior to this he worked in the banking industry in Nigeria where he participated in audits and served as an operations manager. He also serves as an adviser to an organization focused on providing impact led education solutions to out of school children.

Kim Harjulin is a seasoned active board adviser and value chain expert. Kim studied accounting at Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki. He has a wide experience within the international shipping scene having held managerial positions for nearly two decades with energy-, ship owning and shipbroking companies in both London and Stockholm.
